Gravel driveway repair

It's been about 12 years since I did any upkeep on my driveway, finally got it done today.

Nice job. How do you control the weeds in the gravel?

Never had a problem with weeds growing in most of the driveway, just around the perimeter. What does grow I mow.

I find snowblowing a bigger issue than weeds. After all, weeds don't really hurt the function of the driveway. The first couple of storms (before the base has frozen solid) I always manage to blow some of my gravel out onto the lawn. Not only is this a waste of good gravel, it is also a potential mowing hazard until the gravel settles down into the grass ...or it would be if my wife didn't insist on me gathering the gravel off the lawn in the early spring and returning it to the driveway.

For me i constantly have to spray roundup on the gravel at my house. There is always grass growing. I have to do it almost every 2 weeks to keep it under control. I keep foregtting to use my Imazapyr in the mix to get a longer acting effect
