Yep, two row corn planter. They have different sized "plates" go into the bottom of the missing seed canisters to allow different row crop seeds. (Like soy beans). Around here they are worth around $25 as a yard ornament. A bit more if in Amish territory IF it would be complete and ready to work with just a little maintenance. I've two decorating the yard...one free and the other was ten bucks. Most locally go to the scrap yard with the junk men at the farm auctions.
