HELP! Oil is pouring out of my breather tube!

I ran into metric seal problems on a trailer I was working on, it had metric hubs and axles. Anyway I had the same problem as you and I took them to a machine shop and had them turned down a few thousands of a inch to get the converted seal size to work. Maybe you could do the same?

A specality seal house may be able to find a seal for you with your dimensions.. other choices are if you have a friend with a lathe, and there is enough meat inthe area.. you might make that .3mm problem go away.. etc.
