Just called PA.

No Chinese honda clones available at both the halifax and moncton stores in either 13 or 15 hp.

There are however 14hp Subaru motors available for $699 down from $799. Ive heard good things on the scoobie small engines (ive owned several subaru cars)... might go that way.
