Mine are tubeless but are filled with automotive grade propylene-glycol anti-freeze and water.

Will using the drill pump work to remove the ballast from the tires? I'm thinking of getting a set of turf tires to swap onto my B3200 for mowing - and since I already have loaded R4's - I don't see a need to have ballast in the turfs - but the guy who's selling them already has them loaded. I'd like to cut the tractor weight down and avoid rutting as much as possible. This would be easy if there were two fill valves on the tires...............

physics will work for removingthe ballast.

pressurize the tire and then slip some fuel hose over the stem with valve at the bottom. have lotsa buckets ready.

I've found a rubber tipped air gun is the way to go.. apply a lil air to hose end and inflate the tire, and then let it 'pee' some more. keep doing this. have the axle supported too.

you will not get the last bit out under the valve stem doing this.

at that point.. if you have thin tubing that will fit down thru the valve you could then syphon or pump out the rest.
