I know prices prolly very from region but overall how much should I expect to pay to have them filled with rim guard or antifreeze. 28 inch rims if it matters.

They charge by pound on Rimguard. For my 12.4-16 tires it was $185.00 four years ago. I highly recommend Rimguard after having to deal with calcium chloride for many years.
Why not do it yourself? It's fairly easy. In my area, temperatures are never too low, so I used water with a couple gallons of antifreeze, so all it cost was for the antifreeze and a $10 adapter from Gemplers or Tractor Supply. You need a pump also. The little 12 V pumps from Northern work well.

I think I paid $3 per gallon for rimguard a few years ago. Give your local dealer a call and ask them. If you don't know who your local rimguard dealer is, go to rimguard website to find out.
