Yeah, for the money, I'd let him fix the pump.
Have you driven it..?? What are the brakes like..?? Not the easiest to replace, as you need to pull the axle trumpets, to get to the brake assy's. NOT the best location for a dry brake assembly, but that is just my opinion...
I like my 180, but there were several things along the way when doing some repairs, I had to wonder what the engineer's were thinking, compared to other brands I have from the same era.
My thought is..., engineers should wrench on other engineers, engineering for 5 years, THEN let them design something..., LOL...
