What is the correct terminology murphy 1244 ?
Is it just a matter of a spacing point? Drawbar as opposed to draw bar?

I like things to be clear too.

Thanks,
gotcha, so a hitch bar is the more correct term.

So then, many years ago I bought a hitch bar. I paid dearly for it, like I had to wash my shorts out when the bill came due.
Done some horrendous things with it since.
And it wasn't suffered a bit.

Both are called drawbars.

The very definition of a drawbar :
A bar on a vehicle to which something can be attached to pull it or be pulled.

Seems they both fit the definition
