Injection pump tx 1300f ke70 engine

Looking for any info about the injection pump like disassembly smoke set i dont think its getting enough fuel pressure how would you check this any info would be great

What do u expect from a 2 cyl. machine.??
There are service manuals online for 35.00
The inj pump is nothing to fool around with..

I checked it it is good the injectors are working i have black smoke when it turns over i put new pistons and rings in it to fix the compression problem now it has good compressionbut still will not run any help please

Have u hung the injectors outside the engine to check their spray pattern.??
Just make darn sure you’re NO WHERE NEAR THE SPRAY.!!!
Set up a cardboard box about a foot or 2 away from the end of the injector..
Put the throttle in the start position and crank the engine over a couple of revolutions..& stop..
Check the cardboard..
It should be a small cone pattern..

Btw.. have u thought about tow starting it.??

It should have glow plugs. Have you checked whether or not they are functioning?

It has good spray i tried to tow start it but the tractor is not heavy enough to keep the tires from sliding it will not turn the engine but the starter turns it good no drag any advice.

Yes they get red after about 25 to 30 seconds

Yes no leakage in intake or exhaust port when head was off had valves done anyway valves set at .014

Yes i have no compression leak thru the valves i had the injectors checked they pop off at 1600 well within specs glow plugs get red after 20 to 30 seconds i did put new pistons and rings in i cant seem to find a timing mark to line up pistons at top dead center for valve adjustment so i watch when the intake valve opens and closes before the exhaust vale opens and i set them when there is movenent between the rocker and the valve both closed and set them at .014 what could make it not run help???????????? I am lost
