Is a Kubota L6060 (60hp) strong enough to run an 8' brush chopper?

I have a M7040 and pull a semi-mount twin spindle Bush Hog 3008 bush hog. The tractor has no issues with it, and I am considering going up two more feet so that I have more overhang past the tractor wheels, so that I can mow nearer to the edge of the water of a pond.
That Bush Hog 3008 is a heavy unit, and I am glad I don't have to "lift it", as it just stays on it's wheels.

I have often seen quoted that a bush hog needs as least 5 horsepower per foot for normal mowing.

6’ cutter has strained my several 60hp tractors on our hillside farm and heavy growth. Depends on terrain and growth.

I run a Land Pride RCD1884 7 foot twin spindle cutter with a Kubota M5660 that has 50hp out the PTO no problem.
