is this a tooth bar?

Considering that the holes are not in the center of the bar, but rather along the front, they sure look like they were designed to bolt on teeth. Did you buy this tractor from a dealer? If so, maybe they know what bolts to these holes. All the teeth I've ever seen are pinned to a welded-on shank.

Edit: On second thought, those holes may be for a wear-edge like snow plows use to keep from tearing up the pavement.

Well, like Jim said there are many ways to skin this cat.
I personally wouldn't hesitate to bolt on shanks to that and use it for a toothbar. What the hey?

I'm guessing that that piece came off of some other type of bucket or scraper. I've found a few 'blades' like that on my property. Don't know what they came off of. Might have been an old FEL bucket.

Your cutting edge looks like a bolt on box blade that was welded to your bucket. I just bolted a similar one to my bucket edge that was wearing out. Mine is a double sided blade that uses 5/8" carriage bolts. I doubt you'll find bolt on teeth that will line up with the square holes. I'm sure you could order a tooth bar but since the bucket edge has been modified you'll have to modify how it mounts to the bucket sides. Or if you want them permanent you could buy weld on teeth.

I made my own tooth bar a couple years ago but I remove it for winter snow removal. Next spring I'll have to modify the bar I made to fit my bucket with this new cutting edge.

Where do I find bolt on teeth?

That's a tough question. The answer might be that you have to make them. I did a Google search for "bolt-on bucket teeth" and found lots of teeth that pin into a weld-on shank, but only a couple that bolt onto a lip. They were actually designed for a backhoe bucket.
