I also was going to suggest swapping the external ignition coils and see if the problem swaps too. If it does, replace that coil. If not you have to dig deeper. As in the coils that trigger the external coils bruceatlam refered to.

I just got my JD back on Wednesday! It was at a shop for 3 weeks! The problem turned out to be the main electrical panel, unfortunately that didn't get discovered until they had replaced MANY parts and checked that last...
long story short - it works!! It now throws snow like a champ ( which is needed as I have 2-3 feet of snow over everything).
Thank you all for your suggestions and taking the time to give them! I'm off to move more snow!

Yep, that's the usual story. Just like auto repair shops, they have technicians, not mechanics. Technicians replace things until it runs again. Mechanics repair things and only charge you for what they fixed.

I bet that they charged you for all the things that they replaced but didn't fix the problem.
