JD 72\" Mid Mount Mower - Will it fit JD 4115?

Hello,

There is a new 72" JD mower deck listed on ebay:

It is listed as fitting 4500-4700 tractors.

I was wondering if it could be made to fit my 4115. The 4115 is listed as being compatible with a 72" MMM but it is ususally listed as a seperate line item part than the 72" decks for the larger tractors.

I would love to buy a 72" deck but I cannot afford the $3,000 the dealer wants for a new one.

I don't know if they list the decks sperately because the deck is actually different or because it's uses different hardware/PTO shaft etc. If I can get a good deal on the deck I would be happy to fabricate or buy the mounting hardware.

But if the basic dimensions of the deck are too big then there is no way.

Does anyone know if this deck will fit under a 4115??

According to my 4000 ten series brochure, the 4115 is the smallest machine that JD says will work together.

Wonder how this fellow ended up with 2 different relatively new JD decks???
