My friend used my john Deere 3320 and told me a code 61 or 65 was flashing and tractor now won't start all the time. My battery shows 12.4 when I tested it. It sometimes starts and when I turn it off it just clicks but does start. If hook up the battery to a charger for a few hours it will start. All my lights and signals work, what could it be?

Not sure what your codes are for but I would start looking for loose or corroded wires. Including ground wires. There are several of them.

Any other ideas as to can cause that problem?

Code 61 is a phantom that pops up on me (while running) from time to time when the starboard signal lamp gets bumped or tapped just right. Usually a bump or tap and it clears itself--once I shut down and it started back up with no issues. There is likely a bad connection in the lamp and/or wiring in that run--if it was a 61. I'd check on the lamp first. I'm surprised that it would impact on starting though...
