john deere 650 tractor got stuck in reverse

my jd 650 got knocked in reverse while in 3rd gear it would not shift into reverse or 1st i pushed it back about 20 feet today and it went into reverse and now i cant get it out. i know i will have to seperate the cases to fix. does anyone have a diagram of the transmission so i can see what the problem might be before i start so i know what to look for

I am a little unsure if you have the unit in 4WD or not. Have you put it in 2WD to eliminate the tension between axles before trying to shift the transmission ?

yes tried in both 2wd and 4wd and also in high and low it just wont come out of reverse i think a shift fork might have broke but cant find a diagram or it

Go to jdparts.com and you will get a pic/drawing of the tranny with the forks for the 650. And shows the cover to remove to see what is going on, and possibly (hopefully ) be able to get them un-stuck in the process.
