Johndeere 4400 wont start after shutdown

Hi all, I have a 2000 johndeere 4400 compact tractor. I was working the tractor and had been most of the day with no issues. Shut the engine off several times during the day and restarted with no problem. All of the sudden I shut the engine off, got off the tractor for a couple minutes, got back on, turned the ignition and nothing. The battery is good, the starter and all connections to it and battery are good, its getting fuel. I can take a screwdriver and jump from silenoid and hot on starter and it cranks right up. Im thinking a safety swith or relay, but which one and where. The pto is not engaged, please help ! Thanks

Somewhare under the seat is a wire connection. Take it apare and make a jumper with a short piece of solid wire like #12 or #14. Stick the wire loop on the connection coming from the tractor. Try to start. If it does you have a bad seat saftey switch.
