Kayaba Hydraulic Control Valve for Hino e264

Anyone know where to find Kayaba / KYB hydraulic components?

The check valve surface in my control valve assembly was scored by a lockwasher that was sucked into the hydraulic system. My lift goes up about 60% - 70% and that's it.

Anyhow, I pulled the valve assembly and wrote down the numbers.

KYB H25299.

Left emails and Sheaffer's and RCO and had no luck so far. Any other places I might try for Hino parts?
