Can you put up a picture of it? Maybe someone can figure it out. Depending on where you are, it could also be due to the fluid being cold.

i am in cold country(northern nevada, elevn 6200 ft), but it has warmed significantly, the problem didnt mitigate and it hasnt done this in cold weather b4. i've replaced the lift cylinders recently, but the sluggishness involves both curl and lift. i'm insufficiently computer-skilled at this point to send a picture, but my 29 yr old daughter will be available to help w/ this next week. nonetheless it'll be almost impossible to show this in a pic b/c of its inaccessability.
