Thanks Paul, I sure am. Both lived in Florida for some time, one while in the military and another because he thought he would like living there, both returned after a few years.

Yes we are fortunate to have the property and diversity. We don't know our exact acreage of woods as we have reforested close to fifty acres between two of our farms and one had about 125 acres or so when we bought it. We also have "about" seventy five or eighty acres of native Warm Season Grasses we have established on some highly erodible land along with about 300 acres row crop.

The John Deeres belong to our renters, wish they were ours.:licking:

Thanks, we surely are blessed. We lived in Kansas City, MO for about a year and a half. We had to drive many miles to a decent place for our kids to play, no place to shoot, fish, hunt, ride our dirt bikes or just have some privacy. It has been a long road and with family involvement of several generations to get here; well worth it though.
