DDT, have you been able to run this unit? Not sure I totally agree with left side in heavier materail. In front of right wing looks just as heavy as left wing. I haven't seen this run but I would think there should be something behind the right wing and more behind center. I have seen a batwing run and as I recall the distribution was better. Oh, well, some may not be as particular as I am.

You can buy baffle kits for most bat wing mowers. Tends to stop a lot of the windrowing when mowing. I have one on my JD HX15.
Most batwings will have 2 of the 3 sets of blades that rotate toward each other, creating the windrowing effect. The baffle kits are steel rings under each deck that keep the material contained to each wing.
If you really look at the pic, it's very obvious that the material on the left is heavier than that to the right. Very obvious.
Nothing at all wrong with the cutter. It's doing exactly what it should do and I'd be very happy with a rig cutting like that. It's not a lawn mower after all.
Looks like a nice shredder. I'm more of a single-wing 12' cutter fan but nothing wrong with it at all.
