can i replace 10la loader with a 100lc on a TZ25DA- WANT TO USE QUICK CONNECT BUCKET- ALSO LOOKING FOR BUCKET CONNCTS???

Seems to me getting a skid steer quick adapter for your existing pinned loader arms is a much easier/cheaper solution here.
There are a number of manufacturers -here's one option that makes each custom for your loader pin configuration:
