Hey Guys,

I've had my 5M for about a year now and the only problem I've had is a faulty light switch that caused my radio to go off and on with my flashers. Seriously though, I really love this machine.

I own a 5085M and the 16/16 POWR Reverser and it doesn't work as I expected even when i shift with the clutch it is very choppy

Hey Edward,

I was wondering what you meant by "choppy". Did you mean using the reverser lever the directional change is choppy?

Like when i shift from D1 to D4 when transporting it revs down quite a bit to like 600-700 rpms.

Well, boys and girls, I get the new 5085M tomorrow.

It's going straight to the hay field. Helping a buddy put up 34 acres of grass hay. (4'x5' rolls)

Like I said earlier, I'll let ya'll know how it turns out.

I think you made a great choice for your usage. I have it's baby cousin, the 5045D. These are heavy, tough tractors with a sure 'nuf wet sleeve industrial engine. It will be a great hay baling tractor.

I'm really envious of that cab.

Enjoy!
