Hi @beenthere I have the same issue. However, if I jump the starter solenoid to the battery, the starter starts the engine fine. I have switch out the key switch and board from another mower but the issue remains. I have a feeling there's a diode somewhere in the wirirng loom but cannot locate it. Any ideas?
In the OP's post, his issue was that it was blowing fuses. You apparently do not have the same issue. You did not respond to Beenthere's suggestion to check your battery connections and grounds. You need to do that.

Also can you post a photo of the "board" that you referenced to ? The schematic shown above in post #3 is fairly simple. Take your fuses out and check them with an ohmmeter. Sometimes an open can be hard to see.

Check your safety switches with the ohmmeter, make sure that they are working as show in the schematic.
