Messa brand tires?

Has anyone heard of or used Mesa brand tires. There's a dealer not too far away that will sell's them for $90. The seem to have decent tread and are load range E. Someone told me they're made by Cooper. Anyone have any experience with them?

Look at the tire serial numbers on the sidewall of the tire. The first 4 letters identify the manufacturer. You can look up the manufacturer's code on the internet.

Interesting! I bought a used truck with "Stampede" brand tires on it which I had never heard of.
According to the code, they are made by Cooper in Findlay, Ohio.
