WE HAVE A MASSEY 5609, IT IS OVERHEATING. THE BELTS HAVE BEEN CHANGED, AND TIGHTEN, THE WATER PUMP HAS BEEN CHANGED. THE RADIATOR HAS BEEN FLUSHED, HOSES BLOWN OUT. THE THERMOSTAT HAS BEEN CHANGED TWICE. THIS WAS DONE AT THE DEALERSHIP, STILL OVERHEATING WHEN THEY PUT IT ON THE DYNO. ANY IDEAS???

How long does it take to over heat?

maybe there's "gunk" in the radiator fins. Blow them out with compressed air, then thoroughly rinse it with warm water if possible to get the stuff out that the air could not. It's amazing to watch what washes out.

Hopefully that will solve the issue

Blow air or run water from the engine side of the radiator to clear the outside of the core. A lot of stuff gets trapped in the cooling fins and needs pushed back out the way it entered. If you have a screen in front of the radiator clean it, too.

How many hours on the tractor, any chance of a sludge buildup in the radiator.
At the dealer and dyno is she putting out more then stock hp.
Is the stock fan shroud in good shape and installed?

My standard advice in an over-heating issue is, first, grab a fan blade and try to rotate the engine. If the belt slips, there could be a problem. Just because it feels tight doesn't mean it's driving the fan at speed. At high idle, you should be able to hear a roar or buzz from the fan blades.
Second, place a trouble light or plain light bulb behind the radiator, by the fan blades. Then go around front and look thru the core. You should be able to see the light bulb clearly. Works best on a cloudy day or in a shop.

The first thing I would check is to make sure the fan shroud and side panels are in place. The next is to verify that the gauge is accurate, it's possible that it's not overheating at all.

I'm here by random and am not familiar with MF series.
Does the tractor have any kind of aftertreatment?
Possibly EGR cooler not doing its job or DPF or catalyst clogged.
Just suggestions since everything else pretty much got checked.
