MF with Cab - backordered til AT LEAST August

We just got a price for a 30-40 hp MF with a cab. The dealer said that he wouldn't be able to get it for us until "at least August". I had no idea it would take so long. Is this normal?

I bought a couple new Massey's back in late December of last year. (583's) Delivery was made in early March. Not UNUSUAL, since they were new models and inventory in the US wasn't that plentiful yet. Since we're almost at the end of June, August isn't much more than a month away. 6 weeks (+) isn't all that unusual for a dealer to stock in a non-inventory tractor. Has he tried aquiring one from another dealer? I'd imagine with the current state of the US economy, inventories aren't going to be exactly depleted at this moment.
