Moderators - Need Help Please

I sent a member of another website I frequent over here to TBN 'cause he had some questions on a JD tractor.

He said he has been trying to join for the past week or so but has not recieved any word from TBN. I kind of remember getting word back right away.

Sorry if this is not the proper way of going about this. I told him I would help if I could.

I have his username and email.

Please let me know if its OK to post the info here.
