We are a company located in Mobile, Alabama. We can balance your mulching heads or any other rotating equipment. We have had customers come to us with their mulching units running so rough that they were vibrating their whole tractor pretty bad, and we have sent them away running smooth. We have the equipment to balance these mulching head units and make them run just as smooth as the first time they were operated. We also rebuild these units and service them. We can work on any rotating equipment and have also balanced some pretty large finish mowers. Once again, we are located in Mobile, Alabama. We will come to you to work on your equipment. You can contact us at 251-776-1880.

Good lead.
My advice is bundle in shipping costs. Last time I had my Loftness balanced, two thirds of the cost was shipping, one third balancing.

That has been the case with several of the jobs that we have done. But I have been told by every customer that we were by far the cheapest option.

Last year I was operating a Loftness mulcher for an outfit that was so out of balance it broke the hydraulic motor mounting bolts. They finally got some new teeth so I could balance it. Took me 2hrs on the job site to have it running sweet, didn't have scales, just used a stringline and spanners. When I finished I wished my AHWI/Fecon rotor was that easy

Colleagues, I want to share with you important information that will greatly simplify our work on mulchers maintenance. In the process of operation, I encountered the need to balance the rotors. Traditionally, this involved complete disassembly of the machines, which takes a lot of time and effort. However, I was able to find an alternative solution that allows balancing without disassembling the equipment.
I used Vibromera's Balanset-1A portable balancing device, which enables accurate balancing to be carried out on-site. This method saves a lot of time and allows you to quickly get your equipment back in working order.

The balancing process becomes extremely simple and straightforward, which is especially valuable in tight work schedules.

For those who face a similar task, I strongly recommend you to familiarize yourself with this device. Detailed information and an example of use are available on the official Vibromera website: Mulcher rotor balancing process.
