Tractor
Farmtrac 60
Hey folks, Here it is, my brand new Farmtrac 60. Nothing fancy but perfect for me.

I'm happy in the picture. Just the way I look when I'm having fun. Nope, I can't push pines over with the tractor...my Dad is just not a photographer! /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

4X2, Nearly 50 Hp, two remote outlets, 2400# capacity loader plus a SQ72 bush hog and a box blade

Nice tractor for a small farm owner like me.

Shouldn't be surprising, they share some genetic material....

Cerberus. Nope. I guess it's unintentional trick photography. I was piling up a berm for target practice. The tree just happened to be between the berm and my Dad who was taking the picture. The tree got bent by hurricane Fran. Much more powerful than any tractor!

shady1701, yes does share a lot of the genetics with the ford line. I did a quick look on the internet for parts. Seems that a lot of the ford 3600 series parts (drive train) fit this machine. I am told that the differences are different diesel fuel system, front end, metal vs fiberglass nose cone. However lots of similarities. I've heard the same factory made some of the Fords sold in the US? Tractor is made by Escorts in India...that's what the ID plate says. You can look them up on the internet.

That's a good looking piece! Just a matter of time before you do tackle one of the pines /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

At 50 horses, that's a GREAT tractor for most folks, heck, maybe you could push over that pine! I've STILL got the smile on MY face... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Congrats, buddy...and have FUN (work?)...
