Hello tractor experts. I'm new to this forum and to tractors in general and have a question regarding a tractor I am getting ready to sell. I would like to know how much I can expect to get for the following:

It's a 1989 Ford 1320, looks nearly new (garage kept since purchase in 1989), and has only been lightly used (229.5 hours). Attachments to be included are as follows:

Rear 60" mower
Rear heavy-duty rake
Rear scraping blade
Utility trailer with plywood sides

I will try to attach a picture to this post.

Any and all input would be greatly appreciated!

There probably is some "blue book" info out there for you...one of the other folks may have a link on it... I did a quick search on Iron.com for comparables.... There were two, one was a 1996 with low ours, in excellent condition with a MMM was $12,000 +... A 1988, with many more hours and in fair condition with no equipment was $8900 +... I would suppose you are in the middle somewhere... Not that familiar with the 1320... I think it is FWA (front wheel assist) so that is a plus... it is smaller horsepower unit but certainly sufficient for mowing grass and a little snow blading and light acreage work,...... It looks to be in exceptional condition for a 1989......the years issue in tractors is less important than hours, condition and features... It may be tough to go towards the top end, because you can now find new, more powerful units with more features, either US Name or Foreign Name for not much more than that. Plus's are that you can include the mower, blade and rake, which should add $500 - $1000.... Suggest you sell the trailer separately, or at least at a with or without price to add value since to it. While it will carry the implements, it cannot carry the tractor so you would be basically giving it away with the tractor......

You should have no problem selling this great looking tractor.

Hi Surge,

Most of your larger Ag supplier’s carry these books for about $40. If you go to a number of auctions, you can sign up for the monthly subscription… /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

That price of 10,500 must include a loader; I am finding that most buyers at nearly all price ranges are demanding a loader these days. I am currently listing a larger compact in similar good condition, and every single buyer either wants a loader or has intentions of adding one....so I think that 8,900 number seems the highest you could go, but different areas have different pricing.

SteveM, that price does not iclude a loader, but do have intentions of adding one later on, The tractor is in perfect condition not a scratch or dent on anything always been garage kept, has never had a 3pt implement on it, the orginal owner traded it in on a TC33.

I am currently dealing on it, trading our 1220 in.

P.S. I am located in Caldwell, Ohio.
