I have no idea what type of wheel/rim this is. I am told the fabricator of this trailer used it to haul a skidsteer around. My problem is it now a tire has a slow leak and I would like to replace it. I have a HF tire change station but I'm pretty sure I can't clamp it down. I could try my tire tools but I'm at a loss what to do if I can't get it off or back on.
What is the name of this wheel assembly?
Would a garden variety tire shop be able to handle it?
If not, who would be familiar with this?
Thanks for any help or guidance offered

Any tire shop should be able to handle it. IIRC, these were used on early travel trailers. Tire size is probably 7-14.5. Can't tell from the pics.
