What killed this ole conveyer was the brass bushing the held the shaft for the 12"v belt pulley and the 3" sprocket. The metal wasnt thick enough so I welded in a piece of angle iron for support. I found a flanged needle bearing to use instead a brass bushing. After installing the shaft and pulleys/sprockets I figured out I needed a pillow block bearing to keep the shaft from being pulled by the belt or chain.
