i have a belarus 310 tractor, the problem im haveing is the hyd cylinder that lifts the 3pth goes up and down but does not have much power, it barley lifts a 400lb grader box, and i have to rev it up to get it to do that, my manual says if it does this i could have to clean my bypass valve or pressure relief, i located the bypass in the parts manual and it is inside the hyd lever valve assembly. in addition to this my loader on the front is also spliced into the valve body, and that has good lifting power, will almost lift the rear tires off the ground, when i have the 3pth valve in the up position it will lift the arms up but not self unlock fron the up position, but if i touch the loader controls it comes into the nuetral spool, thr 3pth will also come down from the up position at rest very slowly (couple days) im unsure where to start, im thinking maybe a bad seal in cyl, id hate to break down the valvebody as it is a pita to get to, any info is greatly appreciated
