I have a kioti ck22 hst and that sounds like it's going to throw a rod when you start it no matter whether it's warm or cold the whole tractor shakes I know it's got 1000 hours on it but it doesn't seem right to me

Cetane rating is important for proper ignition and maximum power. To get the maximum performance diesel fuel needs to have a 50-55 cetane rating. North American diesel is lucky if it’s 45. If nothing else start with a cetane improver and observe the performance. I use Amsoil Cetane Improver myself and my CK30HST starts and runs great. https://www.amsoil.com/p/diesel-cetane-boost-acb/?zo=331384
