i am having a problem going from auto FWD to Locking it into fulltime FWD. is there a sequance for getting this to lock in. possible a cable issue from lever to transmisssion? note i have HST transmission and supersteer,

There is no auto 4wd on a tc35d with hst 2wd or 4wd only.. If you have a loader raise wheels off ground then shift. Probably wheels are in a bind. 🍻

The lever on the left console controls the engagement of the full time 4wd. The lever has a spring which then attaches to a cable that runs to the right side of the clutch gearbox directly behind the front differential. You need to check that the lever on the side of the clutch gearbox moves freely so that the clutch will engage when the cable is pulled. Raise the front wheels off the ground and put pressure on the lever while slowly turning a wheel to see if it engages. If it does, and the lever moves freely. you may have a broken spring or broken or frozen cable.
