The truck is coming along nicely now. I picked up this Fisher brush guard the other day for $50.00 used.

Tuesday I welded on two new rear wheel opening panels. There were a few small holes and a small repair would only lead to future repairs. These $41.00 panels from Veng did the fix for me real well with my mig welder.

Living in Ma. is bad enough. The cost to live in N.Y. is more than I could handle right now. I resurrected a 1969 Ford F250 rear bumper from my junk stash in the barn. It is still in great shape after being put away in there since 1979. I gave it a fresh coat of Rustoleum aluminum paint to keep the tailgaters away from me. Boy it's bright in the sun. I pulled the bed liner out and painted up all the wear marks under the liner and the top rails of the bed to keep them from getting any worse. Priorities have changed so I had to do a quick spray over the welded on wheel well panels. The body work will have to wait till I get a few other projects done. The truck mechanically is finished now and running like a top. I have checked out everything and replaced anything that needed replacing.
