On Kubota's website, all the new tractors less than 60 horse have "Interim Tier IV" listed as their engine.
I say "all", however I stopped checking after I saw it listed on these:

MX5100
Bxx30 models

Yea as far as i know all tractors will have to comply by the end of 2013.
