Exactly, what fun would it be to work your tractor all the time and never get to tinker. If I had a new tractor all my tools would get rusty from sitting around. Lmao. Don't take life to serious, it's a nice day, I'm going to go play with my toys hope you all can too.

Tinker is one word that I can definitely relate to.

In fact, one of the first things I did after getting my (new to me) tractor, and working it for a day to see how it performed, was to begin taking it apart to make repairs. That, and I wanted to get to know the old girl a little better. There's no hurry. One step at a time. A little here, and a little there. It prolongs the experience, and ensures that fewer mistakes are made along the way.

Heck, I just spent half a day going to several local tractor dealers to get parts, and of course I couldn't resist spending a little too much money, in addition to checking out various implements while I was there.

Fixing up old tractors can get addictive, quick.
