Old vs. New models:Torque comparisons

   / Old vs. New models:Torque comparisons #11
The old gas engines could make plenty of torque. My Farmall A is comparable to my Kubota B8200.

However, what you will see is that the gas engine is much larger in displacement. My Farmall A, or say a 140, is what, 113ci? My Kubota is something like 55ci(book is at home). The numbers are pretty comparable, about 20hp. The Farmall though, redlines about 1600rpm, compared to my Kubota at about 2600rpm.
