I am about to become responsible for all information/media at a small church. Four PCs with primarily audio files, word docs, powerpoint files. All four have internet connection. In addition....a beginning website, and next week we start a 30 minute weekly radio program on a small local station (covers about 6-8 counties). The intent is to archive the radio shows (as mp3 files), as well as all services (3 weekly) for access as needed.
I had first thought about an external HD, then realized the audio files from services and radio are going to add up pretty quickly. Looking for suggestions and first hand experience about the best option(s) for us for backup, and any reviews of online backup services, as that's where I'm leaning until I hear a better alternative. As a footnote, I often need to work on various files at home. Now I have to be sure to get all the files I need on Sunday and either burn them to a DVD or put them on a thumb drive (we live 35 miles from church). Online backup would facilitate the work I do from home.
