Related question do most guys have fuel delivered. How much extra for delivery
Framer
I get my off road delivered.
There is no delivery charge so it cost the same delivered or picked up.
Where I live small amounts of off road are at least .25 higher than on road is at the station.
Off road here is about 40 cents a gallon less than on road is at the stations.
I get my off road delivered 55 gallon at a time.
The cost per gallon is the same delivered or picked up.

1*What is on the end of your vent set up?

2*About what would it cost to do your setup on the plumbing?
I know what the pumps run and I can get barrels Thanks
1*I made a screen out of aluminum screen door wire and clamped it on the end of the street el with a hose clamp to keep bugs and other objects from getting into the drum .

2*I estimate I have about $275 to $325 in the set up.
Just deduct your cost of the pump and drum from that and it should give you a ball park figure for the items you inquired about.

Took quite a while to locate them.

After searching and inquiring locally for over a week with no luck, I bought online from Gempler's.
My 15 gallon, 2 handled drum was $39.95 plus another $10 or $12 to ship. It arrived 4 days after ordered.

L.... I think a good addition to your fuel system would be to add desiccant drum vents to the drums. My two 55 gallon drums each have one on to help keep my drums moistrue free.
Drum Desiccant Breathers: Standard & Heavy Duty Industrial & Ultra Clean

Hey Jim, you posted info on drum desiccant breathers and said you use 2 of them on your 55gal. drums, (1 each). I am in the process of building a diesel fuel caddy and I have taken something from a lot of contributing members, and I want to install one of these on my caddy, I've gotten a price for one of the dryers and it's expensive, I was quoted 150.00 for a standard duty one, that's a lot and I was wondering if you paid that for yours? Do you know of a more reasonable solution to get a desiccant dryer for a 25gal. fuel caddy. Thanks.

Your new set up looks great, but if it were mine, I would have it looking crowded and in need of more room in about a month,. KC
