Love telescoping polesaws. Owned both styles.

If this one hadnt been extendable that the guy brought, it would have been worthless. Wouldnt have reached the limbs with the regular pole saw I have. Then you would have to climb tree or have bucket to cut from.

Telescoping can cover both jobs. Least used to for me.

My fixed pole saw I bought for wife is very limited due to that.

Everything has a purpose.

Nearly everyone who gets the telescoping type later says "this is TO heavy for long use!". For taller jobs while using the fixed 8ft ones we utilize, we bring the extension along. These don't cost all that much and I can install it in less than 60 seconds. We do most of our sawing in the field and haul gear in via 6x6 box. So those long machines don't fit in that box.

My extension was $59 for the M18 and came with the clip and should harness which is normally $20 by itself.

Amazing what you’re able to cut with a good pole saw!
keep up the good work.

My EGO pole saw, with the extension, can reach somewhere between 11 and 13 feet, but it's pretty unwieldy. I use it for delimbing branches, that's all. Once the branch is down, the chainsaw does the work
