Portable Carport or Hillbilly Camper?

I took this photo in the Ozarks a couple years ago and can't figure out whether to call it a Portable Carport or a Hillbilly Camper?

I think they I have seen those used to haul canoes and innertubes around as there are alot of rivers to offer float trips out there and you ought to see some of the rigs they use.

Believe me when I say that is about an avergae type of rig.
