I am thinking of putting 'Tees" in my 3rd function loader lines (after the valve) and adding a pair of quick couplers at the rear of my tractor, giving an extra set at the rear. The loader valve is a mid valve.

As long as I only use one set at a time, does anyone see a problem?

My only concern is that the couplers might not be designed to withstand pressure when there is not anything connected to them which will be the case for one set when the other set is in use.

If this will be a problem I could get a set of male couplers and put plugs in them and keep them in the unused set of couplers, swapping them when I wanted to use that set.

Each half of the couplers is capable of with standing what ever psi the coupler is rated.

The uncoupled QD will act like a hyd block, or deadhead if the spool associated with that QD is opened.
