As to the kubota, congradulations on the purchase. Sounds fair to me. I gave 17k OTD for mine 3 years ago but it is a gear and no blade. I don't know about trade ins.
Another peice of advice to you. Fill out your profile. Like where you live, what tractor you have, atthments, etc. It will help us a lot when you ask certain questions.
