Quick attachment system

I like mine, glad i bought the optional SSQA with the BX23s tractor. It opens up many different options to buy more quik-attach things... oh noooo, there goes my dang wallet...lol. I`m looking into the pallet forks, and the sno-pusher right now. I only want things that i`ll use all the time. I dont want a back yard full of frontend attachable implements that only get used once and then sit there until i realize i shouldn`t have bought them. One expensive frontend item comes to mind, the grappler... i cant see the expense, and it would get used once and never used again. Not to mention, i would have to add the third hydraulic, thats a pricey option for how little i would use it. Not worth it to me.

I hear what you are saying. I have more stuff sitting around here and I use the bucket and forks the most. The sad part is my skid steer attachments will not work on my tractor because in has the NH system hookup. If they had I would not bought the forks for the tractor. Much of the things I have I built so I have very little cost in them

I want to get a pallet fork for it. Kubotas is $1200.00 from local dealers, 6-800 dollars from other manufacturers. Will any one here recommend a name they have experience with?

Call or email these people they can answer any question you may think off. Skid Steer Pallet Forks - Order Online - Everything Attachments has Skid Steer Pallet Forks to quick attach to your skid steer loader.

While I love my QA from Jery Dunn on my BX2670, I can't figure out what in the world there is in an SSQA attachment that a BX can realistically handle besides a bucket, forks, grapple,or blade. There isn't enough hydraulic flow available for a mini-hoe, auger, etc., so what good is the "multiple attachment" sales pitch good for that the recent pin-style can't handle?
I'm considering the 80-Series for the loader convenience over my 70-Series, but it'd require me to sell my forks and front blade and upgrade to the SSQA. What am I not seeing as an improvement with the SSQA that my Jery's QA can't handle?

On my L3200 the forks were on more than the bucket. I ended up building a power SSQA for mine. Got in the habit of leaving nothing on the loader when I put it up at night. As the next time I'd use it the wrong impliments was guaranteed to be on there.

It was so handy to back out of the shop, grab the right impliment & take off. Hit the power switch to the linear actuator on the SSQA as I drove off to latch it.

I haven't bothered with bucket hooks on my new L4060 as I just grab my forks if I'm going to do anything lifting or pulling. All the bar stock on the forks is easy to hook on.

Had a home built plow for the L3200 as well, now a nicer hydraulic angle plow for the L4060.

For someone like me, that didnt have anything, buying this BX23S with the qwik-attach system is a dream come true. Now i can pretty much buy any attachment and use it... kinda nice not dealing with anything but 2 levers to mount & dismount front implements. For you, not such a great thing when you already have everything you need. So, there is actually no gains in it for you, but for me, i gained everything buying the tractor with the SSQA. Alot more options than the old days...awesomeness.

Again, all I hear is "the SSQA opens up so many options". Like what? For the BX, it's only buckets, blades, grapples, and forks. There is not enough hydro flow for anything else. Unless you are making custom attachments or the occasional boom pole, please let me know what else I could use over the bucket, blade, and forks I already have.

Robert,
I think you`re just looking for arguing points. What you`ve already got is obviously all you need. So a new tractor for you is pointless when you already have what you need.

My particular point to the SSQA makes changing FEL implement attachments a breeze...time is not on my side. For me, and just one very nice option alone, is buying the BX23S with the SSQA already there, as it makes it very nice when plowing snow where i live. I can switch back an forth with the bucket and quickly change to the snow pusher in seconds. Snow drifts are a huge problem in my driveway where i live... but for the most part, i can use the snow pusher until i get to the end of my driveway, (which is 1,000ft long) then i have to switch over to a bucket to pick up the snow and move it out of the way. So, thats why i`m a huge fan of the SSQA. I cant even imagine having to drive back to my garage to take time un-pinning a bucket, change it over to a snow pusher, then go back out to plow. I sure as heck ain`t goona do that in a snow bank... so the SSQA is a HUGE time saver for me... change over in seconds, back into the snow. I`ll guess your needs are different than mine.

Enough hydro flow...???... this BX23S handles everything i throw at it. When you add a couple shims to the relief valve, it takes it up to 1,950psi,
(i dont recommend going above 1,950psi) stock pressure is around 1,700psi. That little bit of difference in pressure is a HUGE difference..!
