Thanks to everyone who responded thus far. I decided to go with the TnTilt which was expensive, but I had the connectors back there anyway from the decision to add the 4th and 5th diverter. Don't anybody ask me what all that means, yet!

Keep your fingers crossed for me TBNers. The tractor is supposed to ship tomorrow and the dealer in MO will need some time to set up for the 4in1 and the rest. The PROBLEM: he hasn't heard about my 60" mmm at this point, so I'm counting on him to push somebody or find one at another dealer, if necessary.

Hey blurrybill it sounds like our tractors might get to ride on the same truck to Mo. My 4410 should have been built on the 15th and was to load on the truck to Mexico, Mo. on the 17th, where was yours shipping to. Also I built my own hyd top link to use on the new tractor for about $90.00 after I got a price on the top cylinder from JD.

Modeere,

I don't know Missouri too well, but the destination for my tractor is Carthage. I hope we both get them on time and with all that was ordered. If not, I'll have to wait at least another week due to my work schedule. Hope that doesn't happen. How far are you from Carthage?

Hi Bill....

Sorry for catching your post late...was going to recommend the top and tilt as you'll have the box blade. This will come in very handy with a box blade. Keep the forks though on your future shopping list as I think you might find they could come in handy. I'm getting both and will take pics of both as I use them and post the pics here at TBN as soon as I can.

BTW, the 4710 is coming in today. Leaving shortly to drive to the dealer, look everything over, sign paperwork, and then escort dealer back to my place with tractor.

You'll really like the 4710. Congratulations. After you've had it for awhile I'd like to know what you think of the extra electronics/transmission control options versus the 4700. I've been pleased with mine but couldn't wait for the 4710 to come out.

You probably won't see this today, Bob, but have a safe trip to and from AND have fun with the new machine!

Bill we live 3mi south of Paris, Mo. on hwy15 or about 50mi north of Columbia. Carthage would be about a 8 hour drive for us if we didn't have to stop at the outlet mall at the Lake of the Ozarks. My dealer should call today to let me know if it is loaded on a truck, they think it should show Tues.

Bill,

The 4710 was dropped off by the dealer about an hour ago....this is one beauty of a machine. They showed me the operation of the 4in1 at the dealer this morning. You're going to love this bucket. My back just received a new lease on life. /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif Just came back from a spin around the property to get a feel for how it runs....like a charm. Will be reading through all the manuals this weekend, taking some pics, and will post next week after I try out a few projects.

Thanks John. I have no operational knowledge of the 4700 since I've never used one but I sure will be happy to share my perspective on the HST electronics of the 4710. Just took it out for a quick spin around the property and first feeling I got was it rides real smooth...but will share more later. I'll be posting more in a separate post early next week in JD owners/operators forum.
