Cut a plate with the right bolt pattern and center hole diameter.

Using the new plate as a pattern, cut the old center out of the wheel and weld in the new one. Grind/sand smooth.

CNC laser. The plate in the first picture is for the front wheel. The holes were a little tight so I had to open them up a little. The backs were right on and are more representative of the clean cuts the laser makes.

I did something similar and thought I would add some pics of what I did to make Kubota rims fit a JD 750 I had. (this is my first attempt at pics so we'll see how I do) I don't have a pic of my drill jig, but I drilled 2 holes to match the old pattern and another pair with the new pattern. I would bolt the jig to the wheel and then drill 2 holes for the new pattern. To adjust the center hole I welded in some tubing with the correct ID and close enough on the OD. I bolted the wheel to the axle to tack the center in. Turned out great. Here's the wheel drilled w/the center spacer shimmed in to check the fit.

Here's where I tacked the center spacer in.

1m21 and villagengineer: Beautiful work by each of you.

1m21, what kind of machine do the wheels fit?
