Rotary Mower Guards

I would sure be interested in how well it works out. I would not have thought a flail mower would be very good around rocky soil - just shows how much I know. They are expensive and I never could figure out what they did well enough to justify the cost. Instead of getting one big blade running around back there you have 80 of them. /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

Seriously the attractive part to me was that they take up so little room behind the tractor for a wide cut. A 8 ft rotary mower is long, but an 8 ft flail is about the size of a tiller.

Let us all know how it works out.

Thanks, I always wondered where a source for the belting material was. I had a 6 ft Rhino mower and the belting material tore after a few years use.
