Sad little bearing heater

Used a customer's coffee pot hot plate to heat a bearing, to install on $500k machine tool spindle. Some of the operator's of the machine couldn't believe it!
Had a cup or two, while waiting for the bearing race to get up to temp.
Needed insulated gloves though!
